At CrossFit Unscathed we provide a program that focuses on the fundamentals, where we believe in mastering the basics and performing quality movement! We program for our workouts to be completed before our strength in order for the body to fully warmup and to be truly prepared to lift. We believe that a stronger athlete is a better athlete, and we believe this approach to programming gives our athletes the best opportunity to increase their overall strength, day in and day out, while also preventing injuries.
