At CrossFit Unscathed we believe that functional fitness is for EVERYBODY, so what better way to start your children on the road to health and fitness than through our Unscathed Teens Program.
Teen Head Coach Genna Godfrey started her CrossFit journey in 2010. Before her CrossFit journey started, she has had the experience of working with kids at the YMCA afterschool programs, as well as Summer Camps for about 5 years. After finding CrossFit and seeing the potential that kids and teen athletes could have in their respective sports and overall fitness, she decided to share what she has learned with the Teens Program. This has lead her to acquiring her Brand X Method Kids Certification. Her experience coaching adults has helped in understanding the abilities and development of kids and teens. The main focus of this program is to build mechanics and consistency first. This program also incorporates games every week, as well as, team workouts because fitness should be, above all, fun!
Our Teen Program runs Monday-Friday from 3:30 – 4:30 PM.
