
What are Guest Days?
- A three-day event
- Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
- taking place during our regular scheduled classes during those three days
- On these days, YOU accompany an active CrossFit Unscathed Athlete in one of our scheduled classes and participate in the WOD (workout of the day)
- allows YOU to get the full CrossFit experience and be able to have all YOUR questions answered
Why do we have Guest Days?
- To be brutally honest, you just can’t find a good way to explain how dramatically different CrossFit is from other fitness programs. The best explanation is in the experience, so we’re giving YOU the opportunity to come experience CrossFit Unscathed first hand
How are Guest Days different?
- The WOD (workout of the day) will be set-up so that YOU can participate, regardless of your fitness level, in a group that is welcoming and full of others experiencing CrossFit for the first time
